Serviciul: SPARKS-SIX este un serviciu online gratuit: quiz-ul AI Fluency Snapshot, pagina ta de rezultat și, opțional, un cont pentru a-ți salva rezultatul. Site-ul este o versiune timpurie - funcțiile se pot schimba.
Folosire corectă: Folosește serviciul personal și normal: fără automatizări sau extragerea întrebărilor, fără încercări de a perturba sau ocoli sistemele, fără impersonare, fără utilizări ilegale. Serviciul se adresează persoanelor de 16 ani și peste.
Partajarea rezultatului: Dacă alegi să îți partajezi rezultatul, linkul de partajare face pagina de rezultat vizibilă oricui are linkul. Tu decizi dacă și unde îl distribui.
Conținutul: Întrebările, designul, insignele și restul conținutului aparțin SPARKS-SIX. Poți distribui liber propriul tău card de rezultat și insigna ta.
Garanții și răspundere: Serviciul este oferit gratuit, ca atare, fără garanții privind disponibilitatea neîntreruptă. Drepturile tale legale obligatorii nu sunt afectate.

SPARKS-SIX is a free online service: the AI Fluency Snapshot quiz, your result page and badge, and an optional account to save your result. The site is an early preview - we may add, change or retire features as it evolves.
Your result belongs to you. If you choose to share it, the share link makes your result page visible to anyone who has the link. You decide whether and where to share it. To remove a shared result, see the Privacy Policy.
An account is optional. You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address. Keep access to that email address secure - it is how your account is protected. We may suspend or remove accounts used to abuse the service.
Use the service personally and as intended. Do not: take the quiz with bots or scripts, scrape or republish the question bank, probe, overload or disrupt the site or its backend, impersonate someone else, or use the service for anything unlawful. The service is intended for people aged 16 and over.
The quiz questions, scoring, branding, badge designs and all other site content belong to SPARKS-SIX. You are welcome to share your own result card and badge anywhere you like - that is what they are for. Everything else may not be copied or republished without our permission.
The service is provided free of charge, as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features at any time. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with this free service is limited to what mandatory law requires. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law grants you and that cannot be waived.
We may update these terms as the service evolves; the date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also keep the protections of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
